Litho offset printing is the most popular printing on white CCNB coated with corrugated fiberboad,rigid cardboard gift boxes, or paper bags.The printing is as real as the truth to be eye-catching.
Flexo printing is an economical printing way. Water-based oil makes the printing like eco-friendly but the color is not as real as offset printing.It usually applies to kraft paper, or corrugated board and without adding more finishing.
It’s to add a matt lamination layer to the printing work and looks luxury and high quality. It’ll add a layer of protection on the printing and keep printing away from water and make the printing last longer time.
It’s to add a glossy lamination layer onto the printing work and add a glossy effect onto it. It protects the oil from scraches and distortion and makes it water-resistant. It is always combined with litho offset printing.
Matt Varnishing makes the printing work look matt finish, adding a luxury feel and make it away from faded for a long time. By contrast to glossy finish, matt finish is a bit more expensive but it deserves to do.
Hot foil stamping includes gold foil stamping, silver foil stamping,or metallic color foil stamping. Normally it applies to logo brand,text or graphics. For the stamping area, it’s with a little bit embossed touch feeling.
UV varnishing is also called as AQ coating. It’s a water-based oil onto the printing surface and includes spot UV varnishing and full over UV varnishing. The varnished area looks glossy and transparent. And it is with a real touch feeling.
Embossing is something like making a particular area embossed pattern. Normally it used for rigid gift boxes and corrugated boxes,combining with offset printing and plastic lamination.
Debossing is to make the printing surface debossed pattern.It’s usually applied to paper folder and printing materials. Combined with oil varnishing in the printing area,it costs a bit higher than embossing,as the mould is unique.
Water-resistant oil varnish is a functional oil varnish without any special appearance onto the printing but only offer preventing from little water and moisture. Mostly it is applied to fruit packaging box and digital device packaging.
Wax-coated packaging is widedly used on fruit packaging box, vegetable packaging box and seafood packaging box. There are two types of wax coated: Deep waxed box and surface waxed box. Deep waxed means the corrugated liner also beiingg wax coated. Surface waxed box means only outside is being wax coated.
